Biggest thanks goes to my Shareholders aka My parents who have groom me, educated me and trusting me to carry on the torch by allowing me and supporting me in the transformation and leadership of our Company that suit my own style.
Special thanks to our customers, suppliers and partners who continue to support our products and services passionately.
Last but not least, a leader is not a leader without his team and a successful leader is only successful because of his team. So this award is not just for me but also for me team. I like to share this award with each and every individual of Dagon Group of Companies, Subsidiaries, Associate Companies and Joint Venture Companies.

In hopes of setting an example and shaping the future generations in Myanmar, the award-winning CEO remains committed to keeping the company sufficiently agile to adapt in today’s fast-moving economic climate, and never rests on his laurels by constantly retaining the synergy of the company’s offerings in order to stay relevant.
As an inclusive leader, Thurane also attributes the company’s success to teamwork and the empowerment of human resources, and practices an open-door policy to all levels of staff at all times, which ultimately inculcates a sense of oneness within the organization.

Dagon Group သည် ဝန်ထမ်းများအားလုံး၏ ရပိုင်ခွင့်၊ ခံစားခွင့်နှင့် ကျန်းမာရေးအား အစဉ်လေးစား ဂရုစိုက်ခြင်း အားဖြင့် ယခုဖြစ်ပွားနေသော ကမ္ဘာ့ကပ်ရောဂါ COVID-19 ရောဂါပိုးမှ ကာကွယ်ပေးနိုင်ရန် အလို့ငှါ Covid-19 ကာကွယ်ဆေးများကို ကုမ္ပဏီအစီအစဉ်ဖြင့် ဝန်ထမ်းများအားလုံးထိုးနှံပေးခြင်းကို စီစဉ်ဆောင်ရွက်လျှက်ရှိပါသည်။
ကာကွယ်ဆေးထိုးနှံခြင်းကို ကမ္ဘာ့ကျန်းမာရေး အဖွဲ့အစည်း WHO နှင့် ကျန်းမာရေး ဝန်ကြီးဌာန MOHS တို့၏ စံသတ်မှတ်ချက်များ၊ Protocol များနှင့်အညီ စနစ်တကျ လုပ်ဆောင်လျှက်ရှိပါသည်။ ထို့အပြင် ကာကွယ်ဆေးထိုးနှံသော အချိန်တွင် ဝန်ထမ်းများအားလုံးကို Social Distancing တိကျစွာလိုက်နာပြီး ထိုးနှံစေရန် စီမံပြီး မိမိတို့ဝန်ထမ်း များအားလုံး ထိရောက်သော ကာကွယ်ဆေး ထိုးနှံပြီးဖြစ်အောင် သြဂုတ်လမှ စတင်ကာ ဆောင်ရွက်လျှက်ရှိပါသည်။

မိမိတို့ဝန်ထမ်းများ ဘေးကင်းလုံခြုံ စိတ်ချရရေးအတွက် ကုမ္ပဏီအစီအစဉ်ဖြင့် ကာကွယ်ဆေး အပြည့်အဝပံ့ပိုးပေးခြင်းအားဖြင့် ကြိုးပမ်း ဆောင်ရွက်လျှက် ရှိကြောင်း ဝမ်းမြောက်စွာ အသိပေးအပ်ပါသည်။

၂၀၂၀ ပွင့်သစ်စ အစီရင်ခံစာ၏ ပွင့်လင်းမြင်သာမှုအရှိဆုံး ထိပ်ဆုံးကုမ္ပဏီများစာရင်းတွင် ဒဂုန်ကုမ္ပဏီများအုပ်စု (Dagon Group) သည် အဆင့် (၁၀) နေရာဖြင့် အဆင့်သတ်မှတ် ဖော်ပြခြင်းခံရသည့်အတွက် များစွာဂုဏ်ယူဝမ်းမြောက်မိပါသည်။
ဒဂုန်ကုမ္ပဏီများအုပ်စု (Dagon Group) သည် အစီရင်ခံစာစတင်ထုတ်ဝေသော ၂၀၁၄ ခုနှစ်မှစ၍ ယခု ခြောက်ကြိမ်မြောက်ထုတ်ဝေသော ၂၀၂၀ ခုနှစ် အထိ အစီရင်ခံစာများတွင် ပွင့်လင်းမြင်သာမှုအရှိဆုံး ထိပ်ဆုံးအဆင့် (၁၀) ကုမ္ပဏီအတွင်း နှစ်စဉ် ပါဝင်နိုင်ခဲ့ပါသည်။
